DIAGNÓSTICOS DE ENFERMAGEM E PROPOSTA DE INTERVENÇÕES AO PACIENTE COM MIASTENIA GRAVIS

Resumo: A Miastenia Gravis é uma doença que atinge a junção neuromuscular, e caracteriza-se por fraqueza muscular e fadiga excessiva. O presente estudo tem, como objetivo verificar os sinais e sintomas prevalentes entre os pacientes portadores de Miastenia Gravis, identificar os diagnósticos de enfermagem e relacioná-los às suas respectivas intervenções, além de traçar o perfil do paciente de acordo com o gênero sexual, idade de início dos sintomas e período de internação para tratamento das complicações relacionadas à doença, no âmbito de um hospital público do Distrito Federal. Para o alcance dos objetivos, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica e um levantamento documental de cunho retrospectivo, em prontuários eletrônicos de pacientes que estiveram internados no referido hospital, no período compreendido entre os anos de 2013 a 2015. Como resultados foram identificados os principais sinais e sintomas, bem como a relação entre os diagnósticos levantados e respectivas intervenções e, ainda, a identificação do perfil dos pacientes pelos parâmetros de idade, gênero sexual, entre outros. O presente estudo revela que o paciente miastênico possui peculiaridades específicas, demandando diagnósticos e cuidados de enfermagem diferenciados.

Abstract: Myasthenia gravis is a disease that reaches the neuromuscular junction, and is characterized by muscular weakness and excessive fatigue. The objective of this study is to verify the signs and symptoms prevalent among patients with myasthenia gravis, identify nursing diagnoses and relate them to their respective interventions, and draw the profile of the patient from According to the sexual gender, age of onset of symptoms and period of hospitalization for treatment of complications related to the disease, within the framework of a public hospital of the Federal district. For the attainment of the objectives, a bibliographical survey and a retrospective document survey were carried out, in electronic records of patients who were admitted to the hospital, in the period between the years 2013 to 2015. As the results were identified the main signs and symptoms, as well as the relationship between the diagnoses raised and their interventions, and also the identification of the profile of the patients by the parameters of age, gender, among others. The present study reveals that the patient Miastênico has specific peculiarities, requiring differential diagnoses and nursing care.
